Classic Wings

hey
i need help with my 1983 amazing goldwing.
after standing awhile in my garage, i tried to start my goldwing but all i heard its the sound of my starter spin but the motor not.
i did some homework and i change the 3 springs, sleeves and the 3 small rollers ( i bought new ones), but still i have the same problem.
i even change the fly wheel but still the same.
i have asked few goldwing professional but it seems that no one knows how to solve it.
is there is someone here that can help?
again: the stater spins the chain, new flywheel, new parts but still the same problem, the starter w`wont spin the motor.
